Supplement Notice: These AI Software Service Terms supplement the Smart Bay General Terms of Service. They apply specifically to your use of our AI-powered products, including AI Assistant, AI Photo Editor, and AI Recorder.
For premium AI features, your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription plan you choose.
We may offer a 30-day free trial to new users. The account will not be charged and the subscription will be suspended until upgraded to a paid version at the end of the free trial. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Account Center. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

The AI Assistant and related AI tools provide AI-generated responses and automated actions for informational and convenience purposes only. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.
Our AI software is not intended to provide legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Users should seek appropriate professional guidance where necessary.
Furthermore, AI tools (such as AI Assistant) may perform actions on a user's device or within supported applications based on user instructions. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, authorizing, and monitoring any actions initiated through the AI Agent. Smart Bay Technology does not guarantee the accuracy or safety of automated actions and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our AI software.
You retain full ownership of any text prompts, voice recordings, or images you upload to our AI Services. By processing your inputs, you grant us a temporary license to transmit this data to our cloud infrastructure (e.g., Vertex AI) solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. We do not use your private inputs to train third-party public foundational models.
